"Fly on the Wall" Conference

Join us Saturday, October 16 - Monday, October 18, 2010 for our "Fly on the Wall" Conference - a unique, interactive 3-day event!

Pastors and church leaders, if you are hungry to impact your community and reach more people for Christ - mark your calendars for this practical, church-changing, behind-the-scenes conference. At the Fly on the Wall Conference you'll get an interactive look at new, fresh ways to do church.

Over the last few years, by doing church in a creative, culturally relevant way - without compromising the Word of God - we've seen exponential growth from 1200 to nearly 4000 people attending each weekend. In 2009, VFC was listed in Outreach Magazines, Top 100 Fastest Growing Churches in America. Praise the Lord! Our focus has been on going after the lost - and the lost are being found!

The purpose of "Fly" is to give pastors and leaders an opportunity to observe anything and everything, glean, ask questions and learn how to do church in new, fresh ways to reach their communities. At VFC, it's our passion to share the things we've learned with those who want to be more effective at church growth - quantitatively and qualitatively.

During our 3 day conference, attendees will...

-Experience one of our three Weekend Services and see why we're growing! (Everyone will attend the Saturday night service and have the option see other parts of the ministry during our Sunday morning and Monday night church services.)

-Hang out with us, our staff and church family and see why we don't have to twist arms to get people to invite their friends to the services.

-Go back stage, behind the scenes to our pre and post service meetings.

-Glean all you want about audio, video, lighting, set design, worship arts and creative ministries. 

-Join us and participate in our Creative Team meetings.

-Sit in on our Executive Team meeting.

-Enjoy a Q & A Lmcheon with Pastors Jeff & Beth (For Senior Pastors/Spouses).

-Learn about staffing and recruiting volunteers - the good, bad and ugly.

-Understand why your facility and decor matters.

-See a vibrant Kids Ministry and why children beg their parents to bring them - it's true!

-See a Student Ministry where youth would rather worship and evangelize their friends than play pool and video games.

-Explore our facility and interact with other areas of ministry as desired including...

Schedule

Conference begins at 4:30pm on Saturday, October 16th and runs through 3:00pm on Monday, October 18th, with an optional bonus evening event until 9:00pm.
