"Fly on the Wall" Conference

Over the last few years, by doing church in a creative, culturally relevant way - without compromising the Word of God - we've seen exponential growth from 1200 to nearly 4000 people attending each weekend. In 2009 and 2010, VFC was listed in Outreach Magazines, Top 100 Fastest Growing Churches in America. Praise the Lord! Our focus has been on going after the lost - and the lost are being found!
The purpose of "Fly" is to give pastors and leaders an opportunity to observe anything and everything, glean, ask questions and learn how to do church in new, fresh ways to reach their communities. At VFC, it's our passion to share the things we've learned with those who want to be more effective at church growth - quantitatively and qualitatively.
